One of my favorite sayings to residents was in a cheerful voice with a smile I’d say “Didn’t make it. Didn’t break it . But I will fix it or replace it. “ Worked good for me especially with the ones wearing grumpy pants.

@Lex Vance it's only illegal to leave a leak if it's a 50 lb. system if I recall. I know for sure no residential unit falls under this rule. You can keep adding all you want.

That blue crap stains everything. I took a 32oz Fabuloso bottle, drilled a tiny hole in the center of the lid, Teflon taped the threads after filling it with our favorite scent (apple) and after ever flush, we squirt a little in the bowl and it keeps the room smelling fresh. German torque usually works for me ( Gootentite). 😂

When I have to replace the fill valve, I go ahead and replace the flapper as well, for preventive measures. Those garbage disposal wrenches are o.k. I like the solid one better. And Badger brand have the hex key hole. We started using Moen. the tub clog, I have a brazing rod that is bent at one end. Gets right down in the and pulls what ever out. Luckily we dont work on the HVAC. Got tired of doing that, in the apartments (I do single family rental homes now, better pay). Cant wait for more vids.

I like the attention to detail in your work. The editing is nice also. But do those who are looking for specific problems a favor and put into the video description what exactly you'll be mainly working on in each video. So it will be easier to find. You'll generate alot more traffic as well. Atleast I believe that'll be the case. God bless, man. Keep it up.

If I was young and single with a year or two worth of savings I would. But, with a family at 44 years old, it wouldn't be wise. If the phone ain't ringing or I don't feel well, money isn't coming in. Plus, taxes, insurance, and customers not paying, I don't have time for all the headache.
