Machine chest press 3-4 sets reps till failure
Seated pec fly machine 3 sets 10-12 reps
Cable flys 4 sets 12-15 reps
(Shoulder):
Machine Shoulder Press 4 sets, reps till failure
Lateral raises 3-4 sets, reps till failure
(Tricep):
Tricep rope pushdown 3-4 sets, reps till failure
