Mash recipe
100lbs Apples
10 gallons 100% Apple juice
10 gallons water
20lb sugar (Inverted)
pectic enzymes
Mangrove Jack's M02 yeast
Inverted sugar
5 gallons water
5-6 Teaspoons citric acid
20lbs sugar
Simmer for atleast 20 minutes
