This Apple Bread Pudding is the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth! Simple and good-to-go recipe if you wish for a warm and comforting breakfast or dessert. Natural sweetness from the apple and dried cranberries make this a real treat while soaking the bread with vanilla flavoured custard mixture. For someone with a sweet tooth, will compliment very well with final touch of condensed milk or maple syrup. Just how I enjoyed it.
INGREDIENTS
1 Apple 苹果
3 Slices Bread 吐司
2 Eggs 鸡蛋
300ml Milk 牛奶
30g Honey or sugar 蜂蜜或细砂糖
Vanilla paste 香草膏
Dried Cranberries 蔓越莓
Almond Flakes 杏仁片
Butter 黄油
Condensed milk or maple syrup for drizzle 炼乳或枫糖浆
Bake at 180C @ 30-35 mins
