Apple Charlotte PP
The season of apples has come and first of all we bake charlotte, but if it is also low-calorie, then there will be no harm to our figure.
My charlotte is about 100 cal/100 g.
It all depends on what kind of cottage cheese and kefir you choose.
Ingredients
For round shape 22 - 24 cm
(I have 22 by 16 cm)
100 g of cottage cheese (my calorie content is 74)
2 yolks and 4 whites
100 g cornmeal
100 g kefir or zero yogurt
3 apples (250 g peeled)
1 tbsp erythritol (more to taste)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
a pinch of salt
🍎 mix cottage cheese, yolks, flour, kefir and spices
🍎 beat the whites until a strong foam (this is an important step)
🍎 gently fold the proteins into the dough in 3-4 doses
Peel apples, cut into small pieces. cut half an apple into thin slices to decorate the top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees
