Apple Cinnamon Dutch Baby Pancake
This is a simple recipe for Dutch Baby Pancakes.
Although we used apples in this recipe, you can use whatever you like, some of our favorites are, fresh berries, peaches or savory pancakes with onions and cheese.
For the batter:

Ingredients:
1/2 cup- all purpose flour
1/2 cup- whole milk
3 each- whole eggs
2 TBSP- sugar
1/4 tsp- salt
1 tsp- vanilla extract
2 TBSP- butter
Method:
Place a cast iron skillet in the oven and pre heat to 425F.
In a mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, and salt.
Whisk to combine the dry ingredients.
Add milk, vanilla and eggs to the flour mixture.
Whisk to incorporate the ingredients. Small lumps are okay.
Add the mixture to a blender and mix until completely smooth.
Remove the skillet from the oven and melt the butter in the pan.
Add apples to the pan while it is hot. do not let the butter cool.
Pour batter over the apples and butter and place in the oven immediately.
Bake at 425F for about 20 minutes, until the pancake puffs up and starts to brown on the edges.
Garnish with powdered sugar if desired.

1 each- Granny Smith apple
1 each- Honey crisp apple
2 TBSP- lemon juice
1 TBSP- sugar
1 tsp- cinnamon
Method:
Peel the apples with a peeler, cut into quarters.
Remove the core with the peeler, slicing until the core is removed.
Slice the apples thin.
Add lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon to the apples and mix together until coated.
