Ingredients for Apple Jam with Cocoa:
- 2.5-3 kg of ripe apples to yield 1.5 kg of peeled apples;
- 1 kg of sugar;
- 70 gr of alkaline cocoa;
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar;
- 1 stick of 10 cm cinnamon;
The given quantities are for approximately 2 kg of apple jam.
