Ingredients:
380 g of apples (about 2 medium)
170 g 00 flour
130 g Potato starch
150 g Cane Sugar
100 g Seed oil
100 g Orange juice (buy an orange and squeeze it, do not use juice from the brik)
110 g Medium whole eggs
8 g baking powder for desserts
3 g salt
5 g Cinnamon powder
Method:
Peel the apples, core them and cut them into cubes, put them in a bowl and add 50 g of brown sugar and 100 g of orange juice, set aside.
In another bowl we put the eggs, 100 g of sugar and the salt, and work with the electric whisk for 2 minutes, then add the seed oil, and continue to work to mix our mixture well.
In another bowl, put the flour, starch, baking powder and cinnamon and pass them through a sieve.
Add the rest of the mixture and add by hand, mixing everything.
We also combine the apples that we had set aside earlier, and incorporate all the ingredients together.
We take our loaf pan that we had put in the fridge greased with butter and pour everything into the mould.
Now put it in the oven at 180 degrees, static oven for 50/55 minutes or until well cooked.
A tip, check the internal temperature of the Plumcake when it is 92/94 degrees in the center your Plumcake is cooked, if you don't have a thermometer you can always use grandma's old method with a toothpick.
