This apple turnover/apple pie uses puff pastry dough and homemade apple filling, which makes it extremely flaky, crispy and juicy.

🍞INGREDIENTS
☘️ Puff pastry dough
Bakers flour 200g
Cold water 110g
Salt 2g
Unsalted butter 150g
☘️Apple filling
3 Gala apples (380g)
Caster sugar 25g
Unsalted butter 10g
Corn flour 5g
Water 75g
Ground cinnamon 1g
☘️** Bake at 180C/355F (fan-forced mode) or 195-200C/385-390F(Conventional mode)

無鹽黃油 10克
玉米淀粉 5克
水 75克
肉桂粉 1克
☘️** 預熱烤箱後,風爐模式180C/355F或者普通模式195-200C/385-390F,烤制25分鐘
