Ingredients:
Flour 240 g.
Sugar 30 g.
Salt 1 g.
Butter 150 g.
Yogurt 100 ml.
Curd cheese 200 g.
Egg yolk 2 pcs.
Powdered sugar 20 g.
Apricots 350 g.
Sift flour and salt into a bowl and add sugar. Mix everything. Grate the butter. Add yogurt and stir. Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator. In a bowl, mix Philadelphia, two yolks and powdered sugar and place in the refrigerator. Wash the apricots, remove the pit and chop. Take out the dough and roll it out very thinly through the parchment. Place Philadelphia cream in the middle and place apricots on top. Sprinkle the top of the apricots with powdered sugar and brush the dough with egg yolk. Place in the oven at 170'C for 35 minutes. The galette is ready. Bon appetit.
