Apricots 2 kilos
Sugar 2 glasses
5 glasses of water
1 teaspoon of lemon juice (use a standard measure)
Qaisi preparation method:
If the apricots are fleshy, remove their cores according to the film. Heat the water and sugar until it dissolves. After the sugar dissolves, add the lemon juice. When it starts to boil, let it boil for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the apricots and when it starts to boil, boil the apricots for 3-4 minutes and remove the foam on the apricots. After boiling for a while, we turn off the gas and let the apricots stay in this solution for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, we separate the apricots and transfer them to a colander to cool.
After cooling down, we put the apricots in a tray or container and then put them in the sunlight or in front of a fan or air conditioner to dry them for 3-4 days. If you are exposed to sunlight, bring the tray inside the house before sunset. Sometimes, turn the apricots upside down. And finally, the apricot leaf is ready to drink❤️
