so much that does it for me: -the loud oversized crtv -the monster cans -low quality footage recording whats on the tv for no reason -the yellow tint in the room -the kenny sticker on the door -the description just saying "This video was uploaded from an Android phone."

I've completely forgotten how much time has progressed since literally only 12 years ago. I had a box TV in my home. I remember looking at it and wondering the hell a "Toshiba" was. I had a bigger TV in my room that could use VHS tapes and DVDs. I'd watch the Lion King and Cartoon Network all day and dance in my room like any weird toddler. Its crazy to think i used VHS in the early 2000s as a kid. I didnt use KZitem or Google much when it got big because our internet was sooo crappy. It relied on a single little phone sized thing we kept in the guest room with this big "Brother" printer. My mom was pretty skeptical of newer stuff. She was in her peak Facebook phase back when it was the next big thing, and i remember her telling me about a bunch of stuff she heard on it that everyone knows is fake news now. Nowadays I've got a thinner TV that id have only seen once or twice when i was 4. I remember seeing thin TVs as being "weird" and "high tech" or something. I used to record my TV with a little didgital camcorder and watching the crappy video of whatever episode it was when I was grounded. The best I had seen as far as tech was a friends house which had a ps3 (and 4 when it came out) where I'd play some old tmnt and spider-man games. Holy crap, I've completely forgotten where I came from. All the old stuff is gone or broken, besides our printer, which my mom says she's had since law school. My mom's gotten a big raise since then, we've moved into a bigger house, basically only use streaming services, shoot, we don't even have cable anymore. Time fricking flies.

The fact that my now 11 year old cousin wasn’t even 10 days old when this was uploaded is insane to me. It’s this weird feeling like it was so long ago, but yet it wasn’t at the same time. It was completely normal when this was uploaded.

Man, this just unlocked tons of memories. Sitting in front of a similar-looking TV watching Family Guy, South Park, SpongeBob, Regular Show, iCarly, Phineas & Ferb etc. was a pastime.
