This video covers the three main transport mechanisms that take place in living organisms - diffusion, osmosis and active transport. You need to know what they are, some examples and specifically for diffusion consider the adaptations of exchange surfaces that increase diffusion rate, and for osmosis, how animal and plant cells behave in different concentrations of solutions.
