The final live isn’t happening in December. That’s when the song for their final live releases. The date for the final live has not yet been announced but it will most likely not be until 2025. It’s also worth nothing that this doesn’t mean Aqours can’t appear as their subunits in for example another unit koshien. They won’t be having any more dedicated full member group lives, but I also don’t think that precludes the possibility of the 9 of them ever performing on stage together for a song or two here and there. Above all I don’t think this means Aqours is disbanding or ending anytime soon…

@@TrademarkedIPAdress not true, the core of aqours fanbase are the 2nd oldest bunch after muse's, they've stuck with aqours for 9 years... LL targets teenagers, and those teenagers that had been following aqours are in their 20s now after 9 years of following aqours also, the earnings of aqours (and them specialising in taking on large venue concerts) shows that they have a sizable portion of fans with high spending power... meaning, working adults it is the liella and hasu fans that are the young'uns (shown by the groups struggling to fill large concert venues because they don't have as many working adult fans who can earn enough to attend those expensive concerts yet) there's also how aqours constantly having adult fans writing in to tell them that they've relocated to numazu... also adult fans bringing their kids to fanmeets... also adult fans writing in about their kid becoming aqours fan liella and hasu still not encountering that sort of situation as frequently lastly, there's kona's father being a muse and aqours fan... there's been a lot of "seiyuu being fans of their senior group" but now, there's "seiyuu's father being a fan of his daughter's senior groups"... that is how old the fanbase of muse and aqours have gotten

Aqours gonna be just like U's, will just provide supporting role to their kouhai rather will lead them after this..yes, they still continuing, but not active just like before as some circumstances occur (like example most Aqours seiyuu member will reach 30's on their age & they will get more active to their solo career).. With means, LL franchise will only have 3 active group rather than 4 before this, as Nijigasaki group will take the lead now..for those 3 group, their activity will continuing as usual (Niji will be focus on the trilogy movie, Liella on their season 3 & more tour live, Hasunosora stay on their virtual school idol activity in the apps)..but for Aqours, maybe GnY season 2 will save them for the last ride moment in future then.. And I guess, with the slow-rest activity for Aqours, maybe we will get introduction for the new 6th gen group to LL family in upcoming time..as to continue the whole franchise for younger generation fanbase..

Even if Aqours is not completely over, this will be a new era, and there will likely be very little new stuff from Aqours after the finale live. The live will probably be in 2025 so I imagine this nextfew months will have a good few merch drops and announcements for Aqours. Technically they aren't completely dead, and obviously the seiyuus will do their own things, but its fair to say that Aqours as we know them are soon to be done. Many of the members have hit their 30's, which means they're probably getting to the point where they won't be able to dance on stage to the same extent fairly soon unless they keep really fit. We already know that Kanako has some physical issues that have made performing more difficult for her. Personally I saw this one coming at some point soon, I was more expecting this to be announced around the 10 year anniversary, but I suppose 9 is a special number in Love Live and for Aqours. Its been quite sad over social media seeing some people taking this really hard, crying and talking about offing themselves, even if its just jokingly. My outlook is that regardless of what this means, its the end of an era, and up until that final live I hope all the fans give Aqours all their support. I really hope the finale live has live streaming for overseas viewers and maybe even some gaijin package tickets for the live. I hope anybody lucky enough to go cheers their hearts out for all of the fans who may not be able to make it.

"unless they keep really fit" which they are... anytime they turn up, you can see how fit they look (just from their neck, you can see how physically buff they are 365 days of the year) and kinchan's issue is mental (and only happens for sub-unit activities), not physical and if you know people who is taking medication for that sort of mental issues, you would know that one of the side effects is weight gain so stfu about kinchan's issue, you know nothing also, why do people keep seeing women in their 30s as if they are old wrinkly hunchbacked hags? you blabbing on about "reaching 30 and getting hard to dance" shows so clearly you did not watch how they destroyed the juniors during unit koshien... also during ijigen fes... the daintiest (among the aqours as she is the one who falls ill the most frequently out of the 9 aqours), tiny ainya physical stat is above hasu's 17 year old ace, nassu... ainya can standing jump higher than someone 10 years younger and age is just a number, there's tano asami, a mother and 37 years old obliterating all the young'uns at unit koshien and accidentally striking fear into the hearts of liella's so-called "dance specialist" unit 5yncri5e and reminder that aqours is still the only LL group to have done 3 days concerts with their most recent 3 days concert being the GnY concert that was held less than a week after ijigen fes. and their performance for that concert is one of the best concerts of the whole franchise to date. long story short, they are the true stamina and physical monsters (even their juniors are at awe with their aqours's stamina and power) also, reminder that chiemi, akarin are actually in their 30s and older than 4 of the aqours (miyutan will be 30 in less than half a year and she's older than 3 of the aqours) and i don't see you calling them old and to step down while bringing the whole niji to also step down just because they have members who are above 30 (reminder that anchan and shuka are still in their 20s. shuka is less than half a year older than liyuu) anyone who has actually followed aqours can see clear as day that they are in their prime years right now and will be for another 3-4 years more with the way they work out and take care of their health (shuka and anchan haven't even reached their peak years) so very clear from your first paragraph that you are just one of those fans of the junior groups who can't wait for aqours to get forced out so that the juniors can be given the spotlight (and all the money aqours had earned for the franchise, which is the most out of all the LL groups) on a silver platter after they've tried and failed to take it from aqours even when aqours has been forced to be dormant to artificially grant the spotlight and focus to the juniors who have so completely failed to capitalise on the opportunity

@@kilrathblade7618 Well. You seem annoyed. To be honest that wasnt the intention. The reason i use the 30's age bracket as a benchmark is because thats when a lot of athletes tend to get past their prime and become more prone to injury. Aqours performances are so energetic that they probably work just as hard as some athletes, hence my comment about keeping fit. I did also mention the health issues that Kanako already has, which has caused her to miss events already. I also did say that I hope everyone gives Aqours their full support, and I will also be giving them my full support until the conclusion. Yes I like the other groups, and I will also suppory Niji, Liella and even Hasunosora when they eventually do their final lives. But I felt my message was quite clear, that for their final tour as Aqours, everybody should cheer for Aqours and give them the best send off. I love Aqours, especially Guilty Kiss trio, but its still the end of an era. I just want us fans to make the best time of it possible instead of crying and being sad about it. Aqours wouldn't want you to cry, they'd want you to see them off with a smile.

@@numberproof7228 i'm so annoyed because there's way too many people who just likes to mouth off while getting all sorts of things wrong, spreading misinformation (for your case, you acting like you know about kinchan's condition yet got it so totally wrong... you said she missed some events, then what about niji side? akarin (mind you, she's only 1 year younger than kinchan and no one has used that "she's old" thing on her while she has consistently demonstrated that her physical stat is one of the poorest among aqours, niji and liella) missed way more than kinchan did and no one said anything about niji needing to get forced out... i'm pissed because i saw how much crap people threw at kinchan when she was out due to her mental health issues. imagine how much more crap going to get slung at her if people believed the misinformation of "oh now she has physical issues too". also how akarin and moeppi missing out on events because they were busy, yet no one used the "they getting busy" about niji while even though aqours's members got busy at their own stuff but had never missed a concert because of other work (and they got busy with other work because franchise refused to call them up... you don't expect them to just sit around and do nothing right?), yet everyone using that excuse to justify the management forcing them out) if it is other fandom, then fine, but this fandom unfortunately runs by "if a lie is repeated often enough, it becomes the truth"... and this keeps happening on aqours... all the bad misinformation even outright lies) just to discredit/downplay a group is almost always about aqours since their debut... it has been 9 years of this sort of shit being thrown at them also all the double-standards against aqours. someone somewhere will always find an excuse to downplay them and underestimate aqours when they've done things that none of the other groups even close to doing. also all the "if aqours can do it, it'll be easy for the juniors" attitude and how could i not cry when they've been so unappreciated for the 9 years they've worked so hard and being FORCED OUT against their will? all of these "it is not all bad" casualness by people who claims are their fans is really such nonsense... i can bet that not 5% of the people saying all the "send them off with a smile" are the real loyal no.10s

@@numberproof7228 as for niji, liella and hasu, once aqours has been forced to be inactive, i'm done with the franchise (that whole "we still have a fanmeet after our finale live" is just a ploy to trick the fans that "aqours is not disbanding and will still be doing stuff after finale live" so that there'll be no instant backlash there and so that fans will continue to cash in for aqours (all the hard-earned $$$ of aqours that will be funneled to the juniors) and fans all falling hook-line-sinker for that) just like how the behaviour of muse fans left me unable to feel anything towards muse (apathy is opposite of love after all), the behaviour of the fans of the juniors (barring hasu's) who kept talking crap about aqours (coupled with how niji and liella songs and performance just isn't really my taste despite me having tried my best to love them just like i love aqours only because the aqours seiyuu asked their fans to support their beloved juniors) is making me feel the same towards niji and liella... i'm done with these 2 groups (the only reason i fell in love with niji was tomoriru and she is no longer in the franchise) my interest with hasu hanging on a thread after their disappointing performance during 2nd live and their most recent fesXlive... they best buck-up soon

@@numberproof7228 And might as well say it, but Japan is kinda chauvinist; the "Christmas cake" stereotype/meme/joke came about for a reason (a rotten reason, but one that still carries some weight in their society). but focus has been on the new groups since 2 years ago with aqours being in a sort of semi-hibernation state (with genjitsu no yohane being utterly botched by the management's incompetence) and the new groups still can't steal the spotlight from them nijigaku's games got cut because the interest on the games dwindled (the profits been dropping BAD in the last year of sifas, so management cut it before it starts to lose them money) despite them also having their anime at that time... that actually shows niji's (lack of) ability to retain their fans that they still ran off elsewhere despite niji being in full-swing (they also had 2 dome concerts that period... still couldn't generate the interest enough to keep the game alive)... imagine complaining about not having focus when they had their own game plus anime plus dome concerts at the same time... aqours never had their own game (they are always the supporting to another group, like to muse in sif and then to niji in sifas) and they did fine with just their anime while aqours is in their semi-hiatus, liella is doing big activities at a a bi-weekly rate, yet they still failed to snatch attention away from aqours... go back a bit further, while liella's anime was in full swing, they still failed to fill even half of belluna dome (a favourite venue of aqours that they had filled out many times including during pandemic) and then there's hasu releasing new CD every 2 weeks and they still couldn't fill a 10k seat venue (both aqours and liella had no problem with at least that capacity in their respective 1st lives) until ijigen fes happened and now only they started to be able to fill that capacity the problem isn't with aqours but with the juniors unable to bring something to the table that will pull fans to them even while aqours not doing anything it is so clear that the fans who are till onto aqours chose to wait for aqours contents than go to the new groups. pushing out aqours is not going to change that. these loyal no.10s will just follow the aqours seiyuu to their non-LL projects

"the vtubers don't get much attention" you calling hasu vtubers really showed how little you actually cared about them that you don't even bother to know them you're only using them to try to float your narrative that aqours had been the one getting all the contents when in fact, hasu has gotten way more contents (especially songs) than any of the other groups had ever gotten within their 1st 2 years... hasu has gotten as many songs within a year as the other groups had gotten within the 1st 2 (liella) and 3 (muse, aqours, niji) years of activities and somehow it is still "management still focusing on aqours" just be straight and admit you hate the fact that the juniors can't compete even with so much of contents made for them right from their start (probably using the money borrowed from what aqours earned) and can't wait for them to step aside so that all of the money aqours had worked so hard for so long to earn can then be taken to be used for the juniors (FYI, aqours had earned the most money for the franchise... where do you think they got the money to give so much of projects for liella and hasu right at their start before they had released anything to generate profit? or the money to pay trainers to train liella and hasu seiyuu for almost a year before debut, so there's no income generated at that period? or the money to do all the needlessly lavish free-youtube videos seiyuu contents when they couldn't even fill their 10k seat venue)
