Arabic Lamb Stew Recipe | Lamb Stew With Potatoes
Meat stew with potatoes, the method of preparing is super easy. At first, sautéed the onion with oil until it becomes golden in colour, then add the meat pieces and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add garlic and mashed ginger and sauté a little, then add spices and a tomato paste, and then sauté for two minutes, and then add blended tomatoes.
After that, cover and cook for 30 minutes. After that, add potatoes, then leave to cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
The last step is to add bell pepper and coriander to give the meat stew a distinct flavour.
