Yes, dental implants are absolutely safe for MRI. They are made of titanium alloy which is non magnetic. This is similar to the other metals which are used in the mouth like old amalgam fillings or stainless steel crowns and other such restorations of the mouth. There is absolutely no problem taking an MRI when you have dental implant.
