100% agree with the "fuller feeling" quote. I added lizard skin to the sides of my mouse and I swear it feels like adding the grips to the sides made the mouse feel better when I grip it. It made it feel "fuller" in my hands and it feels great. I have a vid on my G203 with all the mods.

When the G-Pro Hero wireless came out, I had to return it because of how slippery it felt in my hands while gaming. Everything else about the mouse was great, but it literally felt like a bar of soap in my hands! Wish I knew about mouse grips back then. On my first G502 i used Lizard skin and it really improved my grips on the mouse, but when you took it off it kinda ruined the mouse, but really stuck on there. Now I have the G502 Hero Lancespeed wireless and most def' willing to try the pre-cutout Hotline Grips. Cheerz BT Love your Peripheral reviews my man =)

I've had the Hotline's on my GPW since I got it back in June. The smooth shell was way too slippery for me to grip, and these completely changed that for me. I just use the side grips though as I don't get any benefit from the button grips. I've also used the Hotline DIY grip sheets to cut replacement grips for my Rival 600 when the originals peeled off, and I also cut some grips for my Model O as well. I'm looking forward to the newer V2 grip to becoming available on more mice (it's only available for Logitech mice atm, the rest of their range is the V1 grip).

I really like your channel and your reviews. You cover the real enthusiast stuff (grips, cable mods, mouse feet, keyboard lube, etc) but you have the quality of a big tech youtuber. Which as an enthusiast is nice because a lot of reviews for enthuist stuff are definitely not done by film makers. You're almost like a layman's BeardedBob, which is awesome.

I haven’t tried the scabbard myself but I’m pretty sure that one is cloth so I would consider it more of a control pad. The glide is a speed pad and pretty much your only option if you prefer hard pads and want the extended size. I have the glide if you like hard pads I can’t recommend it enough. It’s the only pad I’ve owned that comes close to the Helios from glorious in terms of smoothness

Review: Used these on my G305, yep ate my words too. U'll want them on the sides and mouse clicks it definitely feels better. I had to trim the bottom section of the side grips to make them not ride against my mouse pad. Just cut off 1 row or a little less of squares before u put them on. Didn't know how much I'd want these. Reapplied on one of the sides 3 times and it still stuck wonderful. Every non premium mouse needs these.

I have these albeit the first model as these are the second. I would not recommend these because the glue will start to melt where your fingers rest and the glue can start oozing out. I had to remove the left side grip because of this. And now I have to remove the others. The melted glue is pretty hard to clean as well. They were cool while they lasted, I would say that these are consumables as you would need to switch em out for new ones like every four months.
@Meinstantics

Over time I have noticed that side grips become greasy, resulting in clogging inside the fine texture of the rubber, requiring regular cleaning with q-tips. On a side note: I purchased a Steelseries Rival 310 four months ago and the grips are already peeling off. This is an ongoing issue with this mouse, so buyers be warned. I'm looking for a new mouse, either the Glorious Model 0, the Cooler Master mm710, or the Razer Viper (the latter having side grips, which makes me hesitant). I'd love to see some side grip testing and possibly a (non bias) video comparing all of the 'low budget' honey comb mice, (including the G Wolves Skoll) that are popping up on the market. The availability of 'low budget - light' mice is quickly saturating the market and making the decision to buy a new mouse quite confusing. Cheers Brandon.
