Bolek Majerik tells us about Poles in Romania and life here. His family came to Bukowina, specifically the village of Piesza, in the 19th century and settled there. The house, which was built 150 years ago, is still standing and Bolek's parents - his mother and father - live in it. Having the opportunity, I ask Bolek about aspects such as discrimination against Poles in Romania and aspects of life before the change of the political system in 1989. Does Bolek prefer the world today, or maybe he longs with all his being for what used to be?
