14:54 she never makes a recommendation of bifidobacteria. Why not make a proven supplement with pure bifidobacteria? Also I’m sure fruits and veggies grow it if it’s good for you.

From what she said the research doesn’t have a clear answer and she doesn’t want to suggest things without verification but I think the breakdown is: focus on relaxing your system (therapy especially with trauma, yoga, meditation), get outside and moving, choose the best quality food you can consider making your own probiotic rich food like yogurt and get good quality vitamins that include c.
