Angus (lead guitar) is such an icon...he is not a guitar God....he is a Guitar Monster...you should watch the live at river plate 2009 show...Angus had a insane guitar solo...like pretty much every song on the show....then he pushed himself to like a 20 minute solo at the end....yeah man Age meant nothing to these guys, they put the young ones to shame

Let’s see if the fly by night ( one hit wonders ) hip hoppers are still rocking in their 60’s and 70’s like these lads are, these blokes kicked off in Australia in the mid to late 70’s, that’s 50 odd years of pumping out the best pub rock that will ever be, to finally become immortal, and will be remembered for as long as mankind is around. A couple of the originals didn’t make it this far but they did what they do best until the day they died.

Super cool reaction and, great observations on the Rap/Rock genre so to speak. A lot of Rap has samples from, Queen to Stevie Nicks. But, the most dramatic change would come through, "Aerosmith & Run DMC" They came together and did Aerosmith's tune, "Walk This Way" that Video/Tune would also change "Pop" music. Take you listen/look in on that yes, ok. Peace On Ya

There's a song called Rappers Delight by The Sugarhill Gang. The word hip- hop came out of that song. People would go to the stores to buy their album, didn't know the name of the song or the band, and everyone kept calling it "that hip- hop" song because of a verse that starts with "hip-hop hibby..." Rappers Delight was the first "traditional mainstream" rap song made. It was huge. Check it out if you can.

Rock, and HipHop/R&B are descended from Jazz, Blues, Soul, Gospel, etc. Rock (early on) mixed country and folk together with Blues mostly. Later on metal would emerge which took Rock, and added even older elements from classical music. But basically every great form of American music with lasting popularity contains elements of Jazz and Blues.

His cover of bohemian rhapsody is pure gold (be you can not hi wrong whit any of his covers. He takes a song and makes it better every time. He releases a new cover every friday ❤❤

As big as AC/DC are internationally, here in Australia they are popular but not considered to be one of our very best bands. Try some Cold Chisel to see what an Aussie rock band really sounds like. Although a loud and hard rock band, Chisel are most loved for their slower ballads and always best live......from their 1983 break up tour ( The Last Stand ) to their reunion concert about 2003. Recommend When The War Is Over, One Long Day and if you are up for some feral rock then even their cover of Wild Thing from the Last Stand concert. Also an impromptu Georgia by Ian Moss when leed singer Jimmy Barnes had to leave the stage for some urgent relief. lol
