I was trying to explain this very topic with a friend earlier tonight. Then, I find this TEDx talk. I can share it with her. Thank You for this talk.

I'm surprised she didn't mention fermented foods. For thousands of years we ate veggies that fermented in a saltwater brine. Microbes abound there. Sauerkraut is the most famous, but by pasteurizing it, the microbes are all dead. I believe probiotics should come from our diet, like they used to - particularly fermented veggies. I eat the mold on bread, for its microbial benefits. I eat the little green mold patches on a squeezed lemon. I don't think there's any live microbial in any grocery store except for Bragg's RAW apple cider vinegar, unfiltered. It's got loads of the apple's microbial gifts to humanity. Essential for health, imho. Quart-jar veggie fermenting is so very easy to do in your kitchen. A new taste sensation, long overdue!

Some mold is perfectly safe to eat and, in some cases, even desirable (the classic example would be cheeses made with mold, such as blue, Brie, Camembert, and Gorgonzola). Other molds can be quite toxic and may produce allergic reactions and respiratory problems, or produce poisonous substances called mycotoxins.

I'm trying kefir water first... I make my own, which is actually fun! Milk kefir has more probiotics, but I have a milk intolerance and don't want to risk lactose still being present.

Currently more than one-third of Indian cities comprise people coming villages, where people do not understand hygiene as they have not been taught the concept of cleanliness. If you were to watch older Indian films, made thirty years ago or more Mumbai is seen to be a very clean tidy city. That is because the population comprised mostly urban dwellers and great movement from villages to cities had not begun. The movement of cleanliness in India has to start from the villages.

Mohini Rawat Dear Mohini cleanliness is nothing to do with village or city. It all depends on how much you earn. Off-course their are exceptions. Villager income is hand to mouth and half of them even don't have that also.

What is this "comparison of babies/adults in US vs rural population"? USA has rural parts too, you know, and what country that "rural population" came from? It is like comparison of a stockbroker with a Londoner, makes the same sense. And she is considered a scientist...

Why, when referring to a "high fat diet," do people talk about donuts or fries or chips or ice cream or any manner of industrialized food? This sort of errant nonsense is just infuriating.

don't your baby needed it, he/she will recover, but when you didn't had given the ab, he/she could have been very sick, you have to be care full with young babies, when they are a little older you don't have to be so careful, some aspirin or better chicken soup will do the same with help of there body (gut bacteria)
