this is your 3rd episode, on fear of rejection. i know that because i just looked a few days ago. I started a sales career recently and was having a pretty hard time dealing with the no. the last 2 days i feel I've grown so much, not taking them to heart and am making so much more progress so thank you Rob!

I freakin needed this today. I had a job for two weeks and for no reason was told that i did not “fit in” with the dental office. I take things like this VERY hard. But I am going to use this as a “spotter” and become a stronger version of me.

A true story happens to me early this year. I have always wanted to be a Theatre Nurse but got rejected due to health concerns. I applied to St Johns as a EMT and was so eager to get the job. I got rejected, saying that I had to loose weight (I was 105kg back then ) and after 6 months I can apply again.. I got very discouraged and mad at them. Around the same time I was trying to figure out who I was. I blame anyone that comes to my mind, my diseased parents for giving birth to me then died. Anyway, at one time I said to myself, I have a family to feed and I have so I applied to a job to the city we’re currently living and got accepted but I really didn’t want to take it. So I reminded myself that I have always wanted to work as a nurse in the Theatre, this must be it. I dragged myself out of Auckland and after exposing myself to the job I now am in love with my job as a theatre HCA. Everyday I look forward to work. Thank you for sharing your experience makes me proud that I was able to overcome rejection greatly.🙏🙏

1) This episode really resonated with me. 2) You have an amazing confident voice. It's your greatest tool for getting your positive message out to the masses. 3) Do you have the link to the video of the guy who failed 100 times. - Thanks

It's not really about fear of rejection if one tries many times, it feels boring and like a real waste of time after annoying chore. Ok so if I got rid of fear and I keep getting rejected what next? It's dull. You even give an example where someone gets rejected hundreds of times, I mean you can understand why some might get bored or think there might be a better use of their time after a while.

I find people are getting "traumatized" from constructive criticism because they take it as a form of rejection. No one can succeed or learn without knowing what's not working... I love constructive criticism similar to your "bad review" because technically it was a good review that seemed bad if it wasn't viewed by you afterwards as constructive criticism

I love your videos, you put out great content. Can you consider censoring obscenity? I want to recommend my students to your channel.
