The shift rod is now just a single piece and it needs to be installed with 2 cotter pins.

Purchased this model late Dec. 2020. Change in the shifting rod... is now a solid or single piece rod. Considering this cost of this sno-thro, Ariens should have provided a electric power cord. What were you thinking???? Thumbs Down!!!

I like it. BUT, why doesn't he tell use what size socket to use DURING the procedure? I don't understand why EVERY instructions on KZitem gives you a list of things you need but can't tell you what size they are using DURING them using it. I worked on one thing that had a dozen sockets they should've just said do such and such using size 9/16 or whatever size. Seems much easier and professional.
