2yrs in and still love mine. Starts up no problem. Eats like a SOB. Never stalls out. All metal frame will last a lifetime. Lost some paint inside from old asphalt street im on and doing the street a bit so i dont get blocked in by truck when it decides to show up lol. Zero conplaints. Handled some really wet slushy snow. But on nirmal sbow this thing blows it east 20ft in the air amd easy 20 ft to the side 😊

That’s a great demonstration on wet snow with this unit! You convinced me enough to go forward to purchase it. I need a light blower since I have back problems.

the power to size is what attracted me to it at first, plus the handle design. but anything that gets in front of this you can just push it through, well short of ice of course. I only killed it once when i was pushing it into a 6 foot drift of snow haha, but she fired right back up no problems! But after its first snow season i was very happy with it. Will probably do another video this year.

Hello, I’m looking between. This Ariens commercial machine and a Toro 821 QZE single stage. I would like to know if you can give me any feedback about each to convince me on which one to get and why. Thanks.

I haven't used that specific model of Toro, so I am not sure. Does look like it uses more plastic on it than this Ariens does. It solely depends on the work you will do with it. For standard homeowner use, the Toro is probably the best choice, The Ariens would be the best choice for heavy duty situations. The Toro looks to have a bit more power, but this Ariens model is specifically designed for long and harsh commercial use. Also if you will be moving the snowblower around in vehicles, the Ariens is designed to slide up and down tailgates. Not as much man handling needed.

So they must have just changed paint job to orange. I'm looking at this model. Same type of snow we get. Pricier than the big box ones but seems well built.

definitely a large some of money for a single stage, but they build these for pretty heavy work, so i was willing to take a chance. I'm supper happy with it so far!

@@ThisGuysStuffandStuff I just grabbed mine on Friday last week. Looks nice. Dealer put in few oz of 2 stroke canned fuel for initial start. Is your chute kinda wobbly side to side? My bolts tight but whole mechanism a little wobbly for chute. Overall I like it so far. Very beefy and open design on engine

I'd love to see a video of how you change the spark plug lol. This is my 2nd year. Went to change the plug..... Spark plug socket doesn't fit. Too tight on the valve cover. Looks like I need to remove the cold box intake and guard for exhaust. Then I can get in with a box wrench. To me, I'm disappointed, it's intended to be for pros needing to do maintenance in the field. Love the unit but this is the first thing that bothers me.

There are 2 sizes of spark plugs and sockets but I can’t recall the sizes right now. But the larger one I have had issues getting into tight places to replace it on lawnmowers and snow blowers plus some string trimmers ect. I am sure you have figured it out by now but I am curious which size plug it has. Thanks 😊

@@MySledgeHammer I'll see next year, I'm able to get it on the spark plug now after replacing and all put together so maybe it was just tightened to a spot. Before that I couldn't get to it.
