Hi! After I installed these versions according to your teaching, I used them normally, but yesterday I accidentally updated to the ios 13.4 version, the project could not be implemented. I would like to ask what should I do? Apple's official website can no longer download these versions.

hi, is there any different in term of coding if I am using AR Foundation ARCode for Android under Windows environment ?

It should be very similar, the only differences is what features are available on ARKit vs ARCore but other than that you can use the same code.

Hi, I am using AR Foundation's image targets. When it is tracked, an empty gameObject with a script is created. This script instantiates another gameObject containing the rest of the scene (characters, tables, ...). The reason I'm doing it this way is because once the image is tracked we don't want the models to be linked to it (so that if we stopped looking at the image, the models won't start jittering). When we instantiate the models this way their rotation is towards the AR camera's start position. Even if we set the rotation of the objects to zero, they still face the AR camera's start position. Is the problem with the way we approach instantiating the scene objects if so what is the correct way we should approach this issue? Thanks in advance.

Hello For me, when AR Foundation scans the ground, and level of the sofa and other objects of the house is also scanned, and then it updates all these levels together, and this causes the model to move away from the ground level and instantiated on home objects. I wanted to know if there is a way to not scan the surface of the objects in the house and only scan the surface of the ground?! I would be grateful if you could guide me

Hey Dilmer, are you sure one needs to install macOS Catalina 10.15 beta? Because the gitHub repo and Unity blog post only talk about the iOS and xCode beta. If yes, why you need to install it?

Hey great vid. Quick question, how do I gain access to ARkit3, is it via the Package manager in Unity? I can only access ARKit 2.2 and I have macOS 10.15 along with Unity 2019.1.0 installed.

ARKit3 can be access by going into Apple development portal and downloading the XCode Beta version along with Catalina Beta, once you have that just install the latest version of Unity as of today.

My latest videos do cover android because I now have a Google Pixel, earlier ones could work except for the ones where I use ARKit specific features such as body tracking.

Thanks alot! i was able to download the ios13 and ipad os from the device itself - by going to developer website on my phone and ipad > then download the profile and update right from the phone/ipad :)

Yes it should work with any device that has A9 chipset.

Hi Dilmer! I'm now trying since weeks to run AR on my device. I tried almost all of your example files also couple of others, but it seems like the app is no accessing my camera. I have all things updated to the latest release, so Unity 2019.3.2, IOS 13.3.1 on my Iphone X, xcode 11.3.1 and the latest Arkit 3.1.0 The app turns to a black screen when launching and shuts down. I really can't figure out on any google search what the cause could be. What I am missing out ? Would be great if somebody could help out..

Hi, I had this problem as well and I made a few fixes before it worked, not sure which fixed them. I'm thinking it's this one so try & let me know if it works! (Unity 2020.1, ARFoundation 3.0.1, ARKit 3.0.1) (Build Settings > Player Settings > Player > XR Settings is gone now so I did the following) Build Settings > Player Settings > XR > ARKit Build Settings > Create & Save.
