totally needed some arm focus today! this was great. Having a little trouble with side crow, couldn't quite get it today, but will try again tomorrow. thank you as always!

Omg this was so hard !!!! I stopped doing yoga for a year and I m back for the last 3 month and geez crow pose is still killing me !!! Haha 😂

I returned to the mat and found I can hold for a few seconds as its something I need practice and more arms strengthening exersise for my top arms

it really hurts to do crows, like the backs of my arms just really hurt where my knees are on them :(

Thanks cat I am now practicing this on the mat, I'm trying to find my balance on my arms, held in i realise I got to keep tummy in and hold arms under the armpit like towards my leg, shin area so practicing on the balance and forward to get it right going to take some more arm strengthening me thinks as my arms are my weak area

Loved this one! And, loved what you said at the end. Today I found he side crow challenging, as it was hard to get my hip under the elbow, but I know with practice and patience I’ll get there! 🙏🏼

I tried the side crow again today and finally I got to hold the pose for a bit!!! Just one side though but I'm happy and I just wanted to thank you Cat!
