While Ayre is fun as a fight, as a No-Hit challenge, she's extremely frustrating. Almost like the Enforcer and Cataphract, she's a bullet hell boss with a lot of problems.
1 : Her coral missiles are just... ??????? what
2 : Hard locking in this can work against you, because she goes completely behind, holding a direction button means you come to a full stop - leaving yourself open to getting hit by whatever's already in the air or her next attack
3 : The arena she's placed in is just, GOD, what kind of design is this, the next few points are about this.
4 : There are 20 pillars on this arena, all of which completely BLOCK your movement but not hers, WHY? IDK??? THERE JUST NEEDS TO BE PILLARS.
5 : The arena is NOT FLAT, I repeat, NOT FLAT, it caves in from outwards to inwards. This means anytime you attempt to QB towards the center, you get lifted into the air and lose your QB speed, WHY??
6 : Not only is the arena not flat, there are these pipes layered across that when you QB over them, you fly into the air instead of just skating across the ground. Flying into the air and losing your speed is the equivalent of having a speed bump, IN SPACE.
7 : Arena aside, why does she need a pulse shield that's so obnoxious like Snailteus? there are better ways to extend a fight and this is just not it, CEL240's fight extension is great in my opinion, having "Psuedo Repair kits" is just not a good mechanic.
8 : Same with the Ice worm, because all 7 problems exist, this one exists too.
