Calafiori got dragged into the centre for their second goal, and at the beginning of the first half . Needs to work on that, but he looks class

Martinelli only plays better again because of Calafiori behind him.

Yeah. He finally has support behind him. The right side for arsenal is a lot tighter allowing fast passing. The left side is just martinelli sprinting up and down the pitch with little support. Last time martinelli had a genuinely good season is when xhaka played on the left of midfield, offering support

You may not win titles in September, but you can definitely lose them. So a big result and that's really important, especially since both Chelsea and Liverpool are racking up wins too.

Even the Special one has said he can't win titles in September

This is a mentality issue, two up and they just relax. This is unacceptable. This an arrogance problem, where they think, the game is over only to give the game away. If you're up 2-0 you should know the other team will come after you in the first 10-15 mins, so you can hit them on the counter attack. Which brings me to my next point. We don't have one. Sterling should've started in the second half or if you want to play counter attacking. Come on man. Arteta is a good tactician but he's no wenger when it comes to offensive flair.

Happy for Trossard and very happy for Martinelli getting his goal. I’m sure that was a big weight off his shoulders and will help him with his game. Great Arsenal game but can we not have late winner games like this my heart can’t handle it. Go Arsenal!

Despite not being at our best I am so proud of the players for getting the result. Calafiori was fantastic. Timber was everywhere. Gabriel was amazing when stepping up into midfield to provide a safe sideways passing option for Partey or Rice. I'm glad Martinelli got his goal involvements today, I can only imagine how much pressure he's been under recently. Ethan Nwaneri is seriously surprising me on a lot of fronts. He looks very comfortable on the ball for a youngester and I'm sure under the tutelage of Mikel Arteta, we'll see him develop into a quality player. It was not an easy game to watch but it made the victory all the sweeter to be honest. That being said, I have no idea what that referee was on but ine of the side effects must've been blindness. The types of bad challenges he ignored for both teams were yellows in any other game. Also, Ndidi kicking the ball away a lot further than Rice did at Wolves but no yellow... I know I'm a huge moan about PGMOL but they deserve to he outed over their inconsistency

Despite the inconsistencies i would rather have a refereeing like today in the games against Brighton and City then the opposite. It's clear the complaints against arsenal'd "dark arts" influenced those 2 sent offs.
