THERAPEUTIC MOMENTS OF RANDOM ART
Nothing better on a sunny day than sitting in the shade outdoors with a cold refreshing drink to hand; a fan wafting a cool breeze my way whilst doing a bit of creative art therapy.
I sat pondering how I could be creative without any paint…..
-Lightbulb moment …….
Sitting in the fridge was some food colouring in red, green and yellow! Which I dabbed in my notebook with a portion of my bath sponge!
- I collected random leaves from the garden and made prints with the food colouring and a blob of delicious brambly jam to give a lovely purple tint to the colour scheme and added texture.
- I used a stick for effect to give the impression of branches using soy sauce.
-It was so relaxing, exciting and fun to get back to my inner child!
Making a mess of my hands and not having a care in the world!
To be free to see what transpired on the paper.
I felt giggly, calm and happy in the moment.
