As an organist myself who’s played this piece for a number of years, and has had many brilliant professors. This man is in no way doing this piece any justice. It’s not even close to what is on the score. This is no way to play this great Toccata.

Seriously ?? You in no way do this great piece justice by playing it twice as fast as it should be. And, what gives you the right to alter the ending ?? This is an insult to Widor himself, and his great composition.

Wow - Played at the speed of Virgil Fox.

This tempo is all messed up. Virgil Fox played it slower and fast but You can still hear the notes. And he doesn't alter the piece only the registration.

Your technique is great, but you taking the piece at the "bat out of hell" fast speed totally killed any musicality of the piece. I know you are trying so hard to be another Virgil Fox, but Virgil Fox performed pieces not compromising the musical qualities of a composition. By taking it so fast you made it more of a sound wall, rather than exploring the 3d textures of Widor's composition.

He is actually playing this piece in the style of Diane Bish, who plays it much faster than most people. I will agree that I don't think he has it quite as 'organ'ized (ha!) as Diane, but he certainly is trying, as she is one of his greatest inspirations. I personally only think Diane has the talent to play it at this speed, but I certainly do applaud this guy for trying. I could never begin to play it.
