girllll i feel you on the " i need to give something 100% or it just wont go anywhere" feeling. I am a potter, and own a design business so my attention is alway split and it makes it so hard. One suggestion I have is maybe doing certain products that you make on repeat (like your mugs/cups) on your site as a make to order! then you can still capture sales and just work those into your weekly making process. Just a thought!

yes splitting time is tough! but that is a great idea, thanks for sharing! i’m definitely working towards have at least a few of my forms always stocked in bisque form so that i could easily restock or offer some sort of glazed to order thing! we’ll see how it goes 😅

Just curious-- how often do you fire your kiln? I'm so intimidated by the idea of kiln repair.

yeah it’s definitely annoying! but i maybe fire mine 2-3x a month at the most. on avg it’s probably one bisque and one glaze a month! so i think thats why its taken a while for me to need to change anything!
