Sharing and reflecting on our experience is a really important practice in our sadhu sanga.
By allowing ourselves to express what's in our hearts we can more effectively process and navigate our thoughts and emotions in a spiritual way.
Holding space for one another in this way creates an intimate community in which we are free to be vulnerable with each other. This vulnerability breaks down barriers the mind often puts up to defend and distract itself from pain.
Ultimately, when we lean into uncomfortable emotions rather than trying to avoid them, we give ourselves the opportunity to learn from the experience in a neutral way, without attachment to the outcome.
More in this series to come exploring how we navigate our spiritual progress together here at Mantra Central Ashram.
