One thing that I've learned and that guys can take note of is, NEVER tell a woman what you're looking for in a woman. They are experts at pretending to be what you are looking for and it's only after the big deal is done that you find out what you are REALLY going to get.

The point a lot of us women miss is the fact that men are visual.You have to be able to stimulate them visually before you can appeal to any other sense.There are a lot of good men that do stupid shit b/c of the phase of life they're in.We could save ourselves A LOT of heart break if we paid attention.Men get comfortable quick and women get attached quick.The key is finding out the important stuff b/f we get attached and they get comfortable.A man will do what he needs to do if he wants you.

The marriage question that's so important DON'T rush a man to marry you, let him decide when he's ready. most of marriage is waiting on the other person to respond so your decision can count as a whole(patience )(team work). Everyboby hates pressure though.

@Thatt Truff...BM are the topic of discussion these days b/c the black community has the highest rate of single parent homes, divorce rates, & prison counts...all of which make for a tough dating scene. Single BW are met w/so many disadvantages from the gate. But that's by design. Historically whites embraced material wealth, status, & self promotion as a way of life not to mention they have kept the man the head of their households, which instills the family structure at a very young age.

PART 3...In the movie, Taraji P. Henson's character was a finacially successful black woman who felt she was SUPPOSED to be or needed to be with a man who's bank account equalled hers, only to realize that the rich guy she chose was conceited and only cared about himself because of his wealth, and therefore lacked the emotional sensitivity and caring that she, as a woman, needs.

"I wasn't a bad dude but I probably pulled some bad dude moves". Huh?? Bro, if you pulled some bad dude moves, you were a bad dude. You don't hear murderers saying "I'm not a bad dude, but I made a bad dude move". You make bad moves, that makes you bad. That's the whole point of being a bad person; you do bad things. And what's more, you did them intentionally. I'm tired of hearing people say that they are good people when they really aren't. Nobody is a good person. We are all sinners.
@shellypayne8303
10 жыл бұрын
Well.... If that's the case you are basically saying that everyone is a bad person but in life we always do bad things occasionally, but we also do god things as well. Just because you do something bad you are not a bad person and just because you do something good you are not a good person. People make mistakes recognize them grow up and mature... for the most part anyways...
@teddipear
10 жыл бұрын
That is precisely what I'm saying; everyone is a bad person; we've all done bad things, and we all continue to do bad things, whether it's just bad thoughts, or those thoughts form into words or actions. Once you have done a bad thing, you are not good. Think of it this way: you have a cup of clean, pure water. Suddenly, a tiny speck of poop falls in. Would you still consider that water pure? Would you still drink the water? After all, it's only a tiny bit of bad, but it's still mostly clean water, right? Wrong.
@shellypayne8303

I can take what you’re saying and flip it, I honestly don’t think we are going to completely agree on this issue but I do get and understand your point, I consider myself to be an optimist so I am going to take your exact points and flip them (look at the glass half full). If all things being equal (of course there not but that’s another discussion) then when someone does something good then they are no longer bad if they can do something bad and no longer be good. If you disagree then you are essentially saying bad outweighs good no matter what… and if that is your opinion that is perfectly okay because in America we can all have our own unless you work in politics or entertainment…lol just kidding… Like with the water analogy you used I will used that same analogy…. When you go swimming 9/10 that water has been urinated in and possibly a kid pooped in it, people will still swim in it once the pool has been cleaned because they feel the chlorine is stronger than the contamination and the water is still good enough to put their whole body into.

I looked for the comment I was responding to and couldn't find it. That's not what I'm saying at all...When I said "embraced" material wealth I meant they're taught to save and pass along the wealth from generation to generation, creating generational wealth. I'm not interested in a man for wealth I too have been a supporting party in relationships and will continue to do so. I agree, Wealth and happiness isn't synonymous with money...didn't mean to ruffle your feathers.

Presentation is important to those who are only concerned with the image while neglecting the essence. This is the problem with African Americans, they have lost ouch with themselves. They are soulless without knowledge of self, so all of their values are built and based on status and material things... All the things they do are pleasing to their masters!

Probably raised by single Moms. They might not be gay but because of being around the mother they are going to have feminine traits the majority of the time. I suggest all women that have a son by some man that is obviously is not going to be there like he suppose to let their son be around some man. Uncle, Grandfather, somebody that can instill in the boy how to be a man. A woman can raise a boy but she can't teach a boy how to be a man.
@timotha7
9 жыл бұрын
That would be true and good if there were any around. Not everybody have those in the family. However there are programs in some areas that a mentor programs for boys without fathers. Sometimes they can be raised by both or just fathers. Has nothing to do with who raised them. But it could be where they live, what they see on TV, anything. All gay men aren't feminine. They look and act just like a straight guy. That stereo type is long gone. But this is my all my opinion.

Hopefully, you are not worshipping the view of material wealth. Not only is it wrong because it is a distraction to true peace of mind and contentment, which is not synonymous with material wealth, but our white brothers and sisters are actually in more debt (I think) than any other race because they, as you said, "embraced" material wealth. It was Primetime that actually did a study on the very same topic of wealth.
