I have been preparing myself for a while to quit. But to be honest I wasn't sure I would ever be ready. but I watched your free videos a few times until my brain actually heard what you said and now I am 3 days smoke free. My daughter has been a huge help as she lets me talk about how im feeling and we discuss my triggers. I can not afford to purchase your program. But I am oping i can get through the final stage, I am trying to find a good replacement. I want to use fitness, that is one of my big reasons for quitting but I have lower back pain and I worry I will go back if I don't find a good replacement. Thank you for your help. I am a non smoker, I am not "trying" to quit.

It has been about 1 week since listening to this video since I had not smoked my last cigarette because I didn't think I would not buy anymore but today I smoked my last cigarette and am motivated listening to Trevor because I believe I can do this and must apply everything this program has taught me! Thanks for encouraging me Trevor

My uncle who passed away from tobacco related disease. And I remember him telling me. When he first started, the industry told him it would cure his asthma ( asthmador cigarettes / R. Schiffmanns) We hear a statement like that today, be the most perfidious thing we ever heard. So unfair for a industry to target 🎯 someone like my uncle and have him die as a result. To an industry that doesn't care about him or the black body. Addiction to me is about brain chemistry; it's about access!! Giving these entities access to the brain of our children, to our people & they become addicted. Hence; (I'm 10 days free of Newports 100s cold turkey after 20 consistent diabolical years) and will never ever smoke again. I love all these testimonies from CBQ, it's helping. Much love and harmony from Tacoma Washington..

Thank you both. You are helping me, and others, with encouraging words of determination, and willingness to make changes in your lives. I especially appreciate these people in my age group who are not willing to throw in the towel, but choose to improve upon every day that they have. Thanks again

Good bless you Trevor, congratulations 🥳 you should be so proud of yourself. I am (unfortunately) a smoker but I want to quit and I love running also. I run everyday around 8 km’s a day and I know smoking has got to go!

Fantastic video! His enthusiasm for having quit and confidence after quitting are huge motivators. Really enjoy the idea of using a place that you frequently smoked as a place for a new, positive habit. Good job Trevor, and thanks Nasia for what you do!

I really enjoyed Trevor's video. It was very inspirational. While watching it I came up with my new, healthy, replacement activity which is yoga. My niece teaches me once a week via Zoom, since we don't live in the same city, but today I decided to do the many videos she sent to me on a daily basis.

Well done Trevor. I have no intention of running a marathon…ever but I quit smoking ummm 28 days ago, decided on a healthier lifestyle, eating better and exercising more. Last year I battled breast cancer and only a couple of weeks ago I had two stents implanted in my pelvis ie no marathon for me. But now I walk a kilometre every day and my diet is very different and I have lost 2 kilos, just over 4 pounds I think. Like you I had a fear of gaining weight when I quit, I am overweight but not in the obese category. I’m under 5 feet tall so a little weight goes a long way especially as I smoked for 40 years.

this is awesome!! YOU are amazing Nasia....on March 7th thanks to you, I will be 5mo nicotine free...I have gained 5 lbs but am working out 3x a week (something I NEVER did before either). I was a bit underweight when I smoked so the 5lbs aint too bad...and it might be muscle anyway...CONGRATS to Trevor and THANK YOU to YOU!!
