Snakes!!! This journey is awesome. Great stories, looking forward to hearing more stories and especially the photos. Also, how is your Yashica holding up. I’ve been looking at the same one you’re traveling with.

Thanks so much John! I LOVE my Yashica Mat 124g. I had it CLA'd right after purchasing and that fixed tons of potential problems. The taking lens tens to separate from itself and the winder can potentially scratch the inside of the camera and cause irregular spacing of photos. The guy who CLA'd for me in Columbus, Ohio has decades of experience with fixing Yashica Mat cameras. You'll love having one as long as you get it in good condition! Also I've never used the light meter on mine. They tend to be faulty or unreliable on this camera
