IMO, it's really important to settle down in Bali for a period of time looking around to assess what business potential available in the surrounding and who are the current and likely future competitors. Knowing your product is not sufficient enough as you need to know who your target market going to be (local vs foreign taste), pricing to suit, promotion thru social media platform, consistency in raw supplies (quality), your value-added services and lastly the local regulation. A substantiated business plan will help you to avoid any pit fall and achieve your set goal (profitability) over time. If you plan to start a hospitality outlets targeting tourists, it can be a hard sell as visitors' stay are short, mobile and likely wanting to experience local cuisine more than the kind of food they can get in their own countries. Tourism is seasonal and also subject to political sensitivity like the new law for unmarried relationship. That does not mean that tourists won't spend their dollars for a change though being expensive than the local ones. I would think a fish & chip, chicken burger stall will be ideal using local catches that suit local tastes as well as foreigners. Sorry, my 2 cents opinion.

Yes ! Yes ! Yes 👍. Such positivity, wonderful young people making their way in the world 🌍, this is what it’s all about 😊. Working for yourself, making a plan, being flexible - it is an adventure, that doesn’t ‘feel like’ work ! A terrific series of interviews, natural and open ✅. Good to see you both in this one 👩🏻🤝👨🏼 !! 🐶 🎶 a singing dog, how cute is that ?? Best wishes, cheers, Don 🙋♂️ !

Our dog makes similar sounds when i play violin (high pitch notes/sounds) However the dogs don't enjoy this. We might think they like it and they are singing with us but it's actually quite the opposite. Their hearing is suffering from those noises and they do it to make you stop .If you will get a chance, tell the lady from the coffee shop not to do that. Especially the high pitch sounds,
