Thank u. I have been dealing with anxiety for five years now, and it has been pretty shitty. The point that nobody appears to understand what it is and tend to minimize the problem, makes it more difficult. Hearing u say all those nice things, makes me feel understood for the first time. So, thank u. It really helps knowing that you're not alone

I also used to think about the meaning of life and concluded that we are all like cogs made to keep society running, as a cog is fine on its own but becomes so much better with more cogs. Some cogs are disfigured, maybe fixable maybe not. Doesn't mean they're broken, just different. They won't be able to fit in a lot of places anymore, but may be able to fit in certain others, with time. Or I could say that my religion is why we live, to live lives of happiness whilst working to be good people and giving up some of our time to acknowledge God, but many may not relate to that so I often thought about it in different ways and so came up with the cog system. The cog system isn't bad, per se, because cogs get hot and melt and wear down, so they need to be swapped in and out when needed.

Hey, Rifts! This is probably going to get lost since its been a few years since this video, but I want you to know that I came back to this because lifes been stressful lately, and we all kinda know why. Utop my mental problems, there have been real world problems and I have not been feeling the best. What puts this video apart from the other asmr "words of affirmation videos" is that you go into a little of who you are. It's saddistically reassuring to know that I am not the only one suffering and as bad as that sounds, I am sure we can all agree on that. What puts you apart from other asmr channels is that because you display yourself as real as you can, we can see your growth. Sure, you used to open the bottle a lottle too much, but like you said, you haven't been doing that lately. And you look like you are doing great. You inspire me to push myself even though it gets rough. I hope to have a similar impact on someone else some day.

I have to give my opinion on the matter: i'm not a big fan of theatrical ASMR that you do Ephemeral, it does the opposite than relaxing me down and disturbs/makes me nervous a bit. But this video here is quite brilliant. The talk, the positive messages, a more 'friendly' face rather than watching "Margaret" with needles on (her?) hands is more conforting and for the first time watching ASMR videos i actually got what i was looking for, in this case in particular, getting rid of the anxiety that consumed me the whole week long for job issues. Sometimes the simplest things achieve the most but your audience is quite big and i may be the minory. You're really dedicated. I can tell because the quality over your videos in costumes, well recorded sounds with good equipment is exemplary. Thank you for the inner thoughts about the subject, you helped me today.

I know this is an older video, but I just want to say thank you for sharing such a vulnerable and meaningful video. I've struggled with these feelings all my life, and after being in a situation where I had to commit horrible acts to help someone I cared about, I feel as though I am an outsider. I feel as though I can't talk to people anymore- not even my friends. It's like I'm looking in at life through a window. And not one person knows I deal with these things as there's always expectations that I'll always have all the answers to everyone's problems. I don't. And it just shatters me every day, because I just want to make the people I care about happy and I can't even help myself. I feel pathetic, like my pride is knocked down a notch for admitting this even to myself. So, anyway, thank you. This really helped take some of the weight off for a little while- something that I haven't felt in years.
