I made 2 recipes using all up the leftover of dashi stock.

FURIKAKE with used bonito flakes
[Ingredients]
150g used bonito flakes, wet
2 tbsp sake
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
A SIDE DISH with used kelp
[Ingredients]
100g used kelp
2 tbsp sake
2 tbsp mirin
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
dried red chilis
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
