The liver is a truly amazing organ in it's ability to modify and transform molecules in order to make attempt to reduce their foreign effects. It makes you think of how such an intricate and complex organic device can be created by nature, It's like a mini computerized chemical processor with sets of algorithms designed to deal with a host of many complex molecular compounds. Where did it learn these functions?

@@Sachin1197 Thanks, but that's not exactly the right solution. My father has seen many doctors and they all advise the same thing - to stay on the pill. The issue is we aren't at that "progressed level yet" where this pill can be better studied to find solutions for safe interactions with natural remedies. Remember - bigpharma markets their drugs in ways where their products are untouchable and can't be "replaced". That's their end goal. They're not about saving lives, they never were. Yes I can. As science progresses, religion and it’s work on controlling the masses takes yet another step back. It was invented to explain the unexplainable centuries ago and to control the sheep so the wealthy could keep them down. It’s all about the money and power. Science is based on facts while faith is just believing what someone told you and taking it without question. There have been over 2700 god like entities over history, what makes this one now the one? If you were born in another part of the world or another time, your god would be different. But science is universal. And it progresses as we obtain more experience and education.

How to the scientist follow the aspirin in the blood? Do they get on a tiny boat and follow the aspirin or do they just guess what happens and call it good? I think Alice was chasing the aspirin and it went down the mouth hole and she got small, came across a caterpillar, who was smoking some OG pot, ate some mushrooms and then made this story up. She gave it to a scientist and he published it saying, "If you go chasing aspirin, you may end up like Alice." Yes, I do believe that is how this explanation came about.

@Rickenbacker954
4 жыл бұрын
Jean McElwee the reason heart attack and stroke patients take aspirin is because it reduces the clotting factor so cells won’t stick together so easily as intended to stop bleeding. So heart, leg and brain clot formation is reduced. Less clots less thrombus but you do bleed a little more. Anticlotting medications can be disastrous in a brain bleed tho if an aneurysm or artery wall ruptures.

QuantumFrost Rubbish! Firstly the NNM argument is a mathematical model which is not fully accepted and has in recent years undergone criticism from leading members of the molecular evolutionary community. Secondly, there are many who work in this field (myself included) and have no problem with accepting the natural selection process for developing such complex organs. Don’t quote a minority view as though it’s the consensus opinion - unless you have peer reviewed meta-analysis papers to support your statement.
