I really liked this style of workout footage. I actually watched the entire thing, which I don't normally do with workout footage. I get bored with just music over workouts. Raw or with commentary are my faves. :)

Loved the video Nikki! Love love love when you include longer workout sessions on your vlogs always take inspiration and try out your supersets & triset variations! You inspire me to lift heavier and go hard every single session I have at the gym! Only subscribed and found your vlog channel about a month ago but I think I've watched pretty much 95% of your videos 😂😂 keep doing what you're doing! You rock! I'm currently training to become a personal trainer so these videos definitely inspire me, I saw you came to the fitness expo in Birmingham this month! Nikki you've gotta fold your sleeves in half first. So fold them in half then slide them up by grabbing the bottom and once in place just unfold by sliding it up your leg into place. Its the easiest way to get the STrong sleeves on haha trust me its easy and you'll never struggle again. Mark Bell actually has a video on his channel explaining how if you need reference.

Knee sleeves, always start with them on so that your legs aren't sweaty. It's difficult to put them on when they're sweaty. So with a dry leg, fold knee sleeve I. Half with inner part on the outside. Slide over foot and then pull from the bottom until sleeve is up to knee, then unfold. The ST guys are awesome.

I love you so so much Nikki. I'm only 14 but I have always been very self critical from a very very young age. I used to run two miles a day and do 90crunches every two hours and also restricted my eating to very unhealthy levels. Watching your videos over the past year has helped me so much I first was working out from home but for about a month I have been going to the gym and lifting. I go 4-5 times a weeks and I'm already seeing slight improvements and I'm defiantly feeling the difference in my body, you've honestly inspired me so much and I'm so happy I found you when I did. I can't imagine how great my Physique will be in a few years. Thank you so much ily Nikki!!!

+Nikki Blackketter Putting on tight knee sleeves 101: Put the sleeve on over your calve, fold the top part of the sleeve 3/4 of the way down, pull the remaining unfolded part over the rolled down 3/4. Then, making sure your leg is fully extended so your calve doesn't get in the way, take the bottom part of the sleeve and pull. This should allow you to pull it up your leg and then unfold it so it is in the correct spot much easier. Hope that helps.

I have always been the unfit girl who hated my body, this year i started going to the gym and love it. I have lost 9 Kgs and gained muscle. I love seeing videos where its purely what you do in the gym. I think it gets me a lot more motived to go to the gym and try out new amounts of reps and workouts. You should consider doing a live stream of your whole workout that would be amazing to watch!

Nikki I hope to build my legs as perfect as yours! I'm between 107-112 depending on water weight but last time I was in the gym squatting I did 3x10 with 95lbs. I was so proud. +Nikki Blackketter after you slide them up flipped inside out, you can tuck the upper inch, that's just under your knee, back into the knee sleeve. then you can just pull the bottom up over your knee

To make the knee sleeves go on easy. step one:make sure knee sleeves are not inside out step two:fold each end of the sleeve about an inch overlap so the knee sleeve is about 2 inches shorter than before. step three:slide up your leg really relax the leg. step four:once you slide it upto your knee unroll the 2 rolls and knee sleeve will be covering abit above your knee and down your shin. hope that helped 😊

I really enjoy both ways you film these videos. I just recently found your channel and really like them and your personality over all! I have a question though I have just had a baby and want to start lifting/ working out where should I start? I literally no no one that lifts and haven't been that active besides alot of walking. Easiest way I've found to put on knee sleeves is to do the following. Put them on normally as high as they can go which should be around your calves. Once you have them at that point, roll the bottom end inside out about 2 inches up or so. Do the same with the top end of the sleeve. Next, take both hands tuck them under the bottom end and pull up to the desired position. The sleeves should slide up to your thighs relatively easily. From there, just unroll the top and bottom ends and you're set.

Oh and the hip circle is great for warming up your glutes/hips. Put it around your knees and side step and squat. You will feel it for sure!

Hi Nikki! I have found your videos so inspiring and you have been a big push for me to change my lifestyle. I personally prefer voice overs talking about what you're doing. It would be really cool if you could make videos going over particular exercises and why you do them, what body part you should be focusing on contracting, how to make sure the form is correct, what is going through your head to push through difficult work outs, etc.

Hi Nikki! easiest way to put on knee sleeves: don't fold them inside out. roll the top 2/3 down and roll the bottom 1/3 up and pull up as high as possible. then unfold the part that was 2/3 down and 1/3 down and it should be in the right position! hope that makes sense! :)

Slide the knee sleeve on normally. Let it cover your calf, fold the bottom up about 3inch. Fold the top down so it covers the bottom folded segment. Pull the now small sleeve up over your knee cap. Unfold top segment, unfold bottom segment. Perfect knee sleeve!
