Replace the processor (it's dead), update the bios and run all voltages manually.

Error 00 due to cpu no longer voltage. if the cpu is too warm, i.e. the bios crash. or cpu too cold, then defective components such as mosfet, cold soldering or others.

Try to warm up with a hairdryer near the memory slots. If the codes begin to change, then the problem with the resistors is beyond them. They need to be replaced. As far as I understand, Asus has a defective batch.

It will not change, ASUS X99 kill CPU's. All of them. ASUS never, ever responded to massive complaints of users when X99 was still new. The BIOSes and VRM controls are somehow broken on ASUS X99's and they must be run with all voltages set manually or it will eventually destroy the CPU. a) They can all of sudden apply maximum available Vcore to the CPU (=CPU Overvoltage error, CPU dead on an instant if you see it on screen) b) When running higher MHz RAM, especially with XMP enabled, the board sets way too high Cache/VCCIO/VCCSA voltages (=CPU degradation, finally a dead CPU).
