I do, however a lot of it is from diet and running! That may be my next exercise video.

Nick , if you realy wanna grow , you must add some weight litle by little consistenly, focus on it , nice and good execution first and then adding some weights . There will be a point that you will need a gym to do it , over there you can grow it heavly with leg press and so many options inthe gym . Anyway it is a good video to beginers . I wish you all the best .

That was the idea honey, a beginners at home guide. I personally think the gym is better than home exercise, however not everyone wants to go to the gym due to schedule and misc. reasons!
