After being held against his will, Bob went out and bought a PlayStation. Lol

I'm not sure if Bob made it out alive after he bought that Playstation. Jack was following him and hiding in bushes and behind trees while stalking Bob. When Bob entered the Funco Land video game store, Jack thought Bob was getting a Jaguar. But when Bob picked up a Playstation box and paid for that Playstation, Jack lost his freaking mind and started getting REALLY freaking angry and started running around that Funco Land store like a mad man while screaming and kicking over the Playstation display while picking up Sega Genesis boxes and throwing them at Bob's head for the purpose of maiming him. Bob tried to fight back, but Jack picked up a Gameboy and smashed it over Bob's head. Bob started bleeding from his head, but he got up and started choking out Jack with a SNES controller cord. Bob kept choking Jack and it seemed like Jack was about to pass out. Unfortunately, that crazy brunette Suzy (who is Jack's evil accomplice) crashed through the front window of that Funco Land store, smashed the Funco Land cashier on the head with a Sega 32X (while the Funco Land manager screamed in terror and locked himself in the employee bathroom), and then Suzy smashed Bob over the head with a Nintendo Virtual Boy. Both Jack and Suzy picked up Bob and threw him into the trunk of a car with the license plate "Atari Jaguar is 64-bits for life" on it. Both Jack and Suzy got in the car, with Bob screaming from the trunk. Jack grabbed the wheel, hit the gas on that car, ran over a 3DO representative that was on his way to that Funco Land... and the car drove off. The cops were called and they looked everywhere but couldn't find the car with Jack, Suzy, and Bob. To this day, it is unknown what happened to Jack (who was driving the car in a very reckless way), Suzy (who was in the back seat of the car and kept screaming "Bob, why the hell didn't you buy the Atari Jaguar?!? You damn traitor!!!!!!!"), and Bob (who was in the trunk of the car screaming). All of this remains as an "Unsolved Mystery" till this day.

Personally I think there is slightly more of a Dennis Hopper type vibe to him (especially Dennis Hopper as Bowser in the 90's Mario movie with a tiny bit of Dennis Hopper from Speed thrown in), but Jim Carrey, Christopher Lloyd and Jack Nicholson are all definitely blended in there as well.

I don’t ever remember games being $15-$20, I’ve been gaming since the Atari days and games have always been around the $50 mark. Heck I remember buying Phantasy Star for the Master System back in 1988 for $80. Only games for $15 I’ve ever seen back then were heavily marked down ones in the bargain bin...

First Atari Jaguar did NOT launch at $200, they HAD to keep lowering the price due to nobody picking it up, same thing happened to its games and other failed products such as 32x, Nintendo VirtualBoy, 3DO, Sega Saturn and Dreamcast were all heavily discounted once they were desperate to sell. Plus you must adjust for inflation, when compared to the past both consoles AND its games are cheaper now than ever.

I think I'm going to buy an atari jaguar now, that console looks with future and has many games, I was saving for a nintendo 64 and super mario 64, but the atari jaguar looks with more future, I don't know how is the super mario 64, if it goes bad, I'll have to eat it. both are 64-bit consoles, so they must be the same, right?

@@Benzona the problem with the atari jaguar, was that atari did not have the money to finish the machine and distribute it, the atari jaguar needed at least 6 more months of work to fix the most serious bugs it had, like not having cache for the textures, or some bugs in the memory address, and better libraries, other than that, it is a very good machine (better than the 3do) and almost on par with the ps1, but unfortunately, it is not finished, and when the marketing campaign of the rival console (or even some games) is more expensive than the development of your console, you have a very difficult time.

Gawd, this advertisement is so conceited, especially at 7:00 _"How many games does this Atari Jaguar system have?"_ _"My friend, Atari is the game master! It's got enough games to keep your fragile little mind occupied until the next millennium!"_ What a load of crap. First off, the Jaguar was from Atari Corporation. It's important to understand that Atari Corp. is not the same company as Atari Inc, which existed until it was broken apart by Warner Communications in the 80s following the big video game crash. There's Atari Corporation, which primarily dealt with home computers. That company was sold to Jack Tramiel, who would run it until his son, Sam, took it over. Jack ran the company partly, but no less notably, for the sake of trying to get revenge against Commodore Business Machines after being forced out of there due to disagreements with Irving Gould. Then there's Atari Games. This was the company Warner Communications, later to become Time Warner, kept to themselves. As the name implies, this company dealt with making games for the arcades and, through the Tengen brand, on home video game systems.
