Would be interesting to see a comparison between these and the Hawke Nature Trek 10x42's. I am a Vortex guy, but I bought a pair of the aforementioned Hawke's for my nephew for his first year of hunting. Those Hawke's are better than my Vortex Crossfire HD's, for 30 bucks more, and I can tell virtually no difference in image quality between the Hawke and my Vortex Diamondback HD 10x50's.

Appreciate the review...there isn't that many reviews of Athlon products. They seem to have a strong warranty...even applying the lifetime warranty to their red dots and range finders...even Leupold only offers a 2 year electronics warranty. Puts Athlon right up there with Vortex. Only thing I was hoping to see that was missing was what comes with them. Like carrying case, neck strap, lens covers, etc.

@@Bullets4Bucks I appreciate the information, would have liked to have seen the case and strap. That's the one area where Leupold and Vortex have done a great job. They both come with really nice carrying cases and straps. Like a case you can actually use in the woods. I saw the case for the Neos and it had a big velcro closure. Wasn't sure if they provided something nicer for the added cost of the Argos.

I know the vortex diamondback hd comes with an actual bino harness. This just cones with a regular strap and case
