Used to work at about 5 different stores from Old National to SW Atlanta. In order for us to keep our job we had to over charge everyone (unless they noticed then we apologized and gave the correct price). It's been a few years since I quit that circus but the state grocery tax was 3% and we charged 7% mis. 99% of poor people are ignorant and pay the 7% without blinking. Next time you get a 99 cent drink notice the total should be $1.03 but instead they charge you $1.07. Call them out and if they don't change it call the police. The Exxon on Pryor & University all day. The owners don't like blacks at all but make millions off them. Don't support them besides gas. Everything they sell inside is nasty anyways. #GoVegan #GreenSmoothie #GoodHealth

Why in the world do we have so.....many vacant houses in ATL,where did all the people go,these area's are suffering because people at the downtown offices don't care about the people, that's sad..when you look at all those streets with all those empty house's not to forget about the people who might live there that's bad beyond belief, somebody needs to do something , either demolish these House's or fix them, sell them low and offer them to people who can afford to fix the house's,that's just shameful,The city council needs to get involved instead of collecting a paycheck every week..

yfn P You know it's part of a granduar scheme..But I blame a lot on the education and the people who didn't take advantage of it plus the people who originally owned the houses tied but their kids just didn't care about the inheritance of these properties, probably didn't want to pay the taxes so they abandoned those house's..sad state we're in...

Now days, it doesn't even have to look bad to be bad anymore. It's the gov that allows this, the city council that allows this type of living. How can you expect people to pick up and clean up when it's disastrous like this already... It's overwhelming & it becomes quite depressing. No help then f it. F the gov, f what it looks like, right? I've lived in atlanta for over 10 years.

This has nothing to do with what the government does or does not do. This is what you get when you fill an area up with liberals. You cannot find a blighted area full of conservatives. You also can't find a blighted area full of Asians. Blighted areas are the result of liberal policies about education, drugs, abortion, work, etc.
