I love that indoor MGM Tower pool. Probably my favorite in AC. I have never been in the outdoor pool, though. I have walked around out there once, but it always seems to be closed when I am at the indoor pool.

The pool looks 'cleansing,' I guess I'll say. It looks like you'll feel like a new person after swimming in it.

I haven’t stayed at the MGM tower since it was called The Water Club. There was another spa on one of the top floors in that tower. It had a lap pool. Is that spa still in operation? Also, the Borgata pools look lovely but from the water level, there was always a layer of slime around the edge of the pool. After seeing it on several visits I was turned off to the pools. This was several years ago so I’m hoping it’s changed. You wouldn’t notice it unless you are actually in the water.

Not sure about that upper level spa in the MGM Tower. It was known for that infinity lap pool that over looked the marina area of Atlantic City. I'll have to check it out to see if it's still open or if someone might leave a comment here. The slime you describe sounds awful! Thanks for watching and subscribing partlycloudyhi78!

I'm not a swimmer, but if I was, I would only use indoor pools. I hate eating outside and I would hate swimming outside. no oceans, lakes, rivers or any other body of water for that matter. I have no desire to learn how to swim.

I'm a Baltimore Orioles fan, but here in New Yawk, the Yankees had a pitcher Joba Chamberlain; Joba had 'rules'; Hence, the name "Joba Rules" He won baseball games, but he had 'rules.' They must be followed! These are 'Richard's Rules.' No outside eating, no oceans, no lakes, no rivers, no, any body of water for that matter. LOL

@@richardhales92 What's you beef with the Trop Richard? It's huge, awesome restaurants and shopping, lots of pools, great beach bar and lots of local restaurants surrounding it. The casino is it's weakest link.

@@NuYawk Yeah, I go mostly to gamble. It's loud. Many young gamblers like the Trop, and I have 'a system' to playing the slots, so a lot of screaming at the table games next to the slots is not my thing. It's busy. It's a circus, with so many things to do there. Also, it can be a trap, 'way down there.' I'd choose a hotel in the middle of things on the boardwalk for my first stay. I don't stay at any of the hotels that are part of the casinos due to resort fees. I find the motels and hotels that are brand names like Howard Johnson's, Quality Inn, is the Best Western still there?, are still ultimately less expensive and just 1/2 block down from the boardwalk. Less expensive restaurants, too, say for breakfast at Perry's and a regular Chinese restaurant. Do AC on a dime (well, $14.99 extra value meal these days)
