This is very similar to PS murmur and located at similar place. How to differentiate the two. Ejection click of PS is also so hard to identify and change in splitting of S2 is also not an option for me 😆. Tell some other point someone.

@@reigndusak2068 you have any symptoms , like shotness of breadth, chest tightness, cheast pain, heaadaches, fatigue i have all symptoms and I thought IAM goona die from stroke everyday but doctor give me medicine,I just 19 year old I started those symptoms from last month and , doctor descover I have asd hole my not that big so they decided device closer surgery in this march you also have hole it's big ol small

Yes i feel all that symptoms bro . I have pulmonary hypertensive so doctor decided not to do any surgery even maintenace nothing.

@@TripleIProductions Without the split this is basically what aortic stenosis sounds like. Which is usually due to rheumatic heart disease as a result of untreated strep. You would be asymptomatic for a while until you slowly developed heart failure. If this is actually what your heart sounds like when you use a stethoscope, you should see a doctor.

@@Mr_bl0nd3 I've been to multiple doctors over the years and have had some scans done, even as a little child 20+ years ago due to the sound. They always just say it's functional/physiological heart murmur - whatever that means. So I don't think it's anything serious. But you have an interesting outlook on it.
