Nzema, Ashanti. Akwaba a Abidjan 🥰🇨🇮❤️🇬🇭

Gari is roasted got fiber in it and is dry . We blow wind to remove fiber from attieke. although bad quality attieke still have fiber in it and is cheaper , that is the one used for garba sold in the street. But we use for home good quality attieke without fiber in it.

my brother I read your presentation text on attiéké, attiéké is not consumed everywhere in west africa in senegal, gambia, mauritania, sierra leone, nigeria, etc.. these countries do not eat attiéké they know it but do not consume it too much some countries prefer rice more. consumers of attiéké outside the ivory coast are ghana and burkina faso. attiéké is consumed almost everywhere in west africa it is true but it must be specified that attiéké is a dish originating from the ivory coast and not elsewhere, the word attiéké comes from the word " adièkè " in the language ébrié which means "for sale" if I'm not mistaken. it is the Ébrié people (Akans group from Ivory Coast) who created the attiéké otherwise good video.
@euclidebiekotintin4135
