What did you end of doing to solve your vibration problem?

I haven’t got back around to working on the vibration issue yet. I straightened the fan blades when I had it off but it still vibrates, for my next plan is get a fan balancing kit and start trying to balance it with the kit.

Why didn't you just remove the fan blade.....

I didn’t think of it at that time. Small set screw holding it on, so it should have came off easy but still have to get the brackets out of the way to fish it out.

Don't waste your time fixing or replacing the motor. It's cheaper to buy a new fan and enjoy a decade or more of service. That's what I did.

I'm on replacing my 2nd motor after the original. It's getting rreeaallll old!!! $85 to the new 500+ quote, I'm too old to be on the roof- the 85 won this last time.

These fans require sealed ball or pin roller bearings.
