This breakdown is for entertainment purposes only. If he is serious about this, it's a shame that he's been a lawyer for 15 years and he acts this ignorant. We already know that the judge needs to determine if there is an appearance of conflict and is it enough to disqualify them. We've already determined that there is no actual conflict. That was well determined in the defenses closing arguments to make an appearance of conflict the reason for disqualification. Everybody has admitted that there was a romantic relationship and no one disputes that it has ended. There is no evidence to dispute that the relationship started before 2022. Everybody agrees that Mr. Bradley is not a credible witness. Therefore you can't believe anything he says. And they seem to forget that the burden of proof is on the defense. So any statements that the state makes has to be proven false by the defense. And they have not done that on anything. Fani says she paid him back. They showed no proof Ms. Willis did not pay him back. And because Mr. Bradley is not credible, anything he has said or text is not believable.
@moniluve1
7 ай бұрын
@diger7001 No, it's a bunch of bullshit. What will they say when next week the judge does not remove Miss Willis or Mr. Wade? They have indicted 19 people and already four have taken plea deals. If they were able to convince a grand jury of these crimes, what's keeping them from convincing a regular jury of the very same crimes?

@@moniluve1let’s get it right, he’s been an atty for 20 years, practicing. And, where did you get your bar license from?? Asking as you don’t have a clue & definitely aren’t in the legal or criminal law sector. Please stop fooling yourself & pretending you know anything more than these 2 educated, professional individuals. Thanks, have a great day! Lest we forgot that the judge took the proffers from two additional lawyers, one much higher than Fani Lewis, a miss Cindy Yeager, which also alledged she was threatening Mr Bradley. She’s added more criminal activity to her own self by her not being honest. Fani Willis for prison 2024! What we do now know, in evidence & proven fact, is that it began prior to Fani hiring Nathan, so try again. We have plenty of phone records & the same ones she’s using in the YSL Thug case.
@moniluve1

@@dudemorris7769 I guessed 15 years so he didn't sound too ignorant. But we can call this case from the couch. This was just too simple and didn't take a lot to prove. It's funny how two additional attorneys want to offer testimony after the closing arguments and after the judge says he will not hear any new witnesses. I'm sure that was a coincidence. It don't take an attorney or a paralegal to determine that. Mr. Bradley is not a credible witness. When you're not credible, nothing you say is credible. Not to mention Mr. Bradley said nothing about the relationship under oath. So all you have is two more so-called witnesses repeating what Mr. Bradley said in text messages. Cell phone data is always good when it's been analyzed by an expert by both the defense and the state which this cell phone data was not. And I still have not heard one proven fact.

Finally, a case that is just as engaging as Darrell Brooks. And this is such a great channel for the Fani Willis saga. I don't the timing of when W&W started their relationship is all that important. If Wade used an IOLTA to hide his income from his wife he is heading for disbarment.

I hope she fights that agreement in court because he lied on the divorce agreement.

Not just that but was misleading the courts as to who was making his divorce filings. He was doing it then slapping Bradley's name on it. He made that entire court look foolish and outright disrupted court proceedings with his unethical behavior.

@@paulghignon4092 And then there was Fani Willis' filing that the divorce proceeding was interfering with the Trump case. There's just one word to describe Willis and Wade: Ratched.

@@johnmiwa6256 I'm sure the judge laughed that one out of his court room. It's awful ballsy to accuse a judge of something like that. She was incredibly lucky Wade's ex wife settled before more ended up coming out. Of course I'm sure it's because he gave her part of the money Willis gave him.

It's not even a question if she is going to get kicked off the case but rather is she going to loose her law license and will she might be found to have committed criminal acts?

How about her giving him twice the money as anyone else, so he can keep half for his pay and the other half for them to take trips on, who the hell are they trying to kid, liars under oath, not to mention a theft in progress that she signed off on, when paying him.

If this DA and attorney have no better memory how did they get to be a lawyer. A disgrace to the profession.

The question is what conflict? Conflict of interest that violates the intent of the Constitution. Or conflict of professional ethics that may jeopardize the merits?

😏 You are absolutely CORRECT, this is NOT about RACE or GENDER !!! This is about the RULE of LAW ; the misuse of the taxpayers monies to enrich yourself is against the law ; the use of RACE and RELIGION to prosecute is against the law ( division of state and church ) and bringing POLITICS into the courtroom is against the law 😏
